I am a proud owner of the original 1st generation iPhone and have been following the news regarding the release of the iPhone 3G and the iPhone 2.0 software.

If you've been reading my blog, you already know that I can't get T-Mobile cellular service here in Osage City, Kansas.  In talking with my neighbors though, It seems that I can get AT&T wireless service here.

I just received notice today that my web-development contract is being terminated!

This puts me in somewhat of a bind, as I had been counting on this contract to keep me afloat while I got my support business going again with new clients here.

I have been hired to build the web site for the Ness County Fair.  I have set up hosting for them, installed the Drupal content management system, and trained them on how to create and manage content.

It would appear that it is impossible to get T-Mobile cellular access within several miles of Osage City.  The good news is that they pretty much admit this on their coverage map (see image below), but it sure caused me some headaches with my cable internet installation.
